I am cooking a roast pheasant later on this afternoon and taking inspiration from Object Dart - I think I will put the recipe I use here.
To this end I am just playing around with how I use pictures on Wordpress - so here is hopefully a picture of the ham I cooked on the BBQ last Christmas.
It tasted good too.
